Course: Naturno (554 m) – Cirlano (585 m) – Tablà (675 m) – Montefontana (1.200 m) – “Marzoner Alm” hut (1.595 m) – Tares (850m) - Laces (640 m) – Castelbello (600 m) – Ciardes (625 m) – Stava (554 m) – Naturno
From the town center of Naturno, we take Via Stazione / Bahnhofstraße which leads us to a bridge. We turn right onto the cycle path and at the first intersection we turn left, cross the bridge and take the uphill ride to Cirlano. We pass through Cirlano and follow the signs to Tablá. At the church in Tablá, we turn right and after only a few meters we take the side street on the left in direction of "Schleidertal - Montefontana". We proceed on the asphalt street until we get to a crossroad, where we follow the signs to "Montefontana" along a forest road. At the next crossroad, we turn right to get to an aspalt street that leads us uphill the Montefontana. The road turns into a forest road at some point and at the crossroad to "Zirmtal" (signposted) we turn right and follow the Merano Bike Highline to the "Marzoner Alm" hut (1600m). After a break at the hut, we take the forest road downhill to Montefranco (1200m) where we follow the road to Tarres (signposted). In Tarres we ride towards Laces, from where we take the cycle path through the villages Castelbello, Ciardes, Stava before arriving in Naturno
